Recognized with SMPS Boston, Best In-House Design Award 2009
In hopes to inspire imagination and invention, Payette’s annual sketchbooks are a unique way to share the architectural firm’s holiday spirit with clients and colleagues with value beyond a traditional card. And because they can be used for years to come, I like to think they’re a little less wasteful, too.
The books are the perfect platform for drafting a sketch or composing a thought. Each cover is an abstract experimentation using unusual architectural forms or materials, a subtle cue to the firm’s practice and tactile environment. From seed paper (yes, it actually grows) to cork–the firm’s clients really looked forward to each iteration.
